If we cannot secure at least one eligible playlist placement for the submitted track during the paid campaign window, the campaign fee is eligible for a full refund.
- One eligible playlist placement during your paid campaign window, or your campaign fee is eligible for a full refund.
- Placements are only counted when we verify them and store them on your campaign, where you can see them.
- We never guarantee streams, listeners, saves, followers or any chart or career result.
- You request a guarantee review yourself from your Growth Dashboard after your campaign window ends.
If we cannot secure at least one eligible playlist placement for the submitted track during the paid campaign window, the campaign fee is eligible for a full refund.
No specific playlist, curator, stream count, listener count, saves, followers, royalties, chart position or career outcome is guaranteed.
An eligible placement is a real, publicly accessible Spotify user playlist placement that we verify and store on your campaign record, visible in your dashboard.
It does not mean an official Spotify editorial playlist, Discover Weekly, Release Radar or any algorithmic placement.
A placement counts once it has been verified live during your campaign window. Playlist owners control their own playlists and may later move or remove a track; a later independent removal does not erase a placement that was genuinely verified live.
The guarantee covers our delivery. It does not apply where delivery is prevented or made impossible, specifically when:
- The submitted track or Spotify link is invalid, unavailable, private, removed, replaced or materially changed.
- Rights or ownership information given to us is false, or the track breaches applicable law or platform rules.
- You request cancellation, takedown or playlist removal before the campaign finishes.
- Required information is not supplied, or you are unreachable when action is needed from you.
- Spotify, your distributor, a rights holder or another third party removes or restricts the track or the account.
- A chargeback or payment dispute is opened before the guarantee review is completed.
These are the only exclusions. There is no “all sales final” rule and nothing is hidden in small print.
- Wait until the expected end date of your campaign has passed.
- Open the campaign in your Growth Dashboard and check the verified placements list.
- If no verified eligible placement is stored, use “Request guarantee review” on that campaign.
- We review the campaign record, the stored placements and the exclusions, then reply with a decision.
- If the review is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method by Stripe and shown as confirmed once Stripe confirms it.
Requesting a review does not start an automatic refund. A request is checked by a person against your stored campaign record.
- Not yet available — your campaign window has not ended, or a verified placement is already stored.
- Review requested — we have your request.
- Under review — we are checking the campaign record and the exclusions.
- Approved — the review was approved. Approved is not the same as refunded.
- Declined — we explain the reason in your dashboard.
- Refund confirmed — shown only after Stripe confirms the refund on the original payment.
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method used at checkout. Timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer. We never see or store your card details.
