Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this covers

SebastianLoveInc is an independent music promotion service. These terms apply to every campaign ordered through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions? Email info@sebastianloveinc.com.

2. What the service is

We review a submitted track, match it to genres and moods where it genuinely fits, and introduce it to independent playlist curators in our network. Curators are independent people and decide for themselves whether to add a track to their playlist.

We are not a streaming service, a distributor, or an advertising network, and we do not sell streams, followers or saves.

3. Submitting a track and your authorisation

You must submit a public Spotify track link for music you own or are authorised to promote. By ordering you confirm you hold or represent the necessary rights and that promoting the track does not breach any agreement or law.

4. Matching and curator outreach

You choose a genre (required) and optionally a mood. We use those inputs together with our own listening review to build a shortlist of relevant curators. We only approach curators where the track fits. We do not fabricate placements and we do not use bots or artificial streaming.

5. Campaign duration and start

Campaign lengths are shown on each package: Starter runs four weeks, Growth six weeks and Momentum eight weeks. A campaign normally starts within a few business days of payment, once the track has been reviewed. Activity usually builds gradually rather than all at once.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the campaign cards and are charged in full before a campaign begins. Payment is processed by Stripe on a secure hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card details. Your Spotify track and selected genre are attached to the checkout automatically so we can identify your order.

7. Placement guarantee

If we cannot secure at least one eligible playlist placement for the submitted track during the paid campaign window, the campaign fee is eligible for a full refund.

An eligible placement is a real, publicly accessible Spotify user playlist placement that we verify and store on your campaign record, visible in your dashboard. It does not mean a Spotify editorial playlist, Discover Weekly, Release Radar or any algorithmic placement.

No specific playlist, curator, stream count, listener count, saves, followers, royalties, chart position or career outcome is guaranteed.

A placement counts once it has been verified live during your campaign window. Playlist owners control their own playlists and may later move or remove a track; a later independent removal does not erase a placement that was genuinely verified live.

8. Where the guarantee does not apply

The guarantee covers our delivery. It does not apply where delivery is prevented or made impossible:

• The submitted track or Spotify link is invalid, unavailable, private, removed, replaced or materially changed.
• Rights or ownership information given to us is false, or the track breaches applicable law or platform rules.
• You request cancellation, takedown or playlist removal before the campaign finishes.
• Required information is not supplied, or you are unreachable when action is needed from you.
• Spotify, your distributor, a rights holder or another third party removes or restricts the track or the account.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is opened before the guarantee review is completed.

9. Your responsibilities

Give accurate submission details, keep the track live for the campaign period, and follow your own campaign data in Spotify for Artists. Spotify for Artists remains the source of truth for streams, listeners and sources of streams.

10. Removals

You can ask us to stop promoting a track at any time. Email info@sebastianloveinc.com and we will request removal from the playlists we placed it on. Curators own their playlists, so removal is a request, not something we can force.

11. Cancellation and withdrawal

You may cancel before outreach starts and receive a full refund. Where you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies as provided by the applicable consumer law; by asking us to begin a campaign immediately you may lose that right once the service has been fully performed. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights.

12. Intellectual property

You keep all rights in your music. You grant us a limited licence to share the track, its title, artist name and Spotify cover art with curators for the purpose of the campaign. Our brand, site content and guides remain ours.

13. No affiliation with Spotify

SebastianLoveInc is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Spotify. References to Spotify are descriptive. We cannot influence Spotify editorial playlists, algorithmic playlists or any Spotify programming, and we never claim to.

14. Limitations

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version in force when you order is the version that applies to your campaign. Material changes will be reflected in the date below.
